Return & Exchange Policy

If something isn't right, we'll fix it. Need a different size? No problem, Just ask. Why? Because know that high standards and exceptional care are not only valued, but required. 

VENA offers free returns and easy exchanges within Canada when a customer notifies us within 30 days from the original order date. To start a return, you can contact us at info@venawear.com. If the order is eligible for a return or exchange, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Each order is eligible for ONE return request.

We politely ask the following if you'd like to return or exchange an item:

  • We cannot accept returns of embroidered, decorated, or altered items. If you are unsure about sizing or style preference, we suggest you place your first order before embroidering, decorating, or altering any garment. We have size charts linked to each product page as a helpful tool to determine which size to order. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. 
  • All sales of "Clearance" or "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All gift cards are final sale. 
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Returned items must be received in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be automatically rejected.
  • Garments are to be returned in excellent condition - without stains, makeup, or soiling of any kind - just as you would want to receive your order. Our garments are worn in hygienic environments, and thus must be presented to our customers with 100% cleanliness. Any item that appears worn, laundered, altered, or damaged (including odors, stains, or hair) will be deemed ineligible for return. These items will not be refunded, and no exceptions will be made.
  • All return items are subject to inspection. VENAwear reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet policy requirements. Return decisions are final.
  • If your return is rejected, you may request to have the items shipped back to you at your expense. If no request is received within 7 days, the items will be discarded or donated.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the original order date.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE DETAILS

We truly want you to get the right size and fit. If you ordered a non-embroidered item and would like to try a different size or style, just send us an email at info@venawear.com (within 30 days of your original order date). If you live within Canada, we'll be happy to email you a prepaid return label for the exchange and instructions with how and where to drop off your package. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the original form of payment (excluding the original shipping & handling costs) within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The best way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your purchase for the new item is subject to the pricing valid at that time. We are unable to transfer any discounts or promotional pricing applied on your original order, unless the promotion is still valid at the time of your new order.

RETURN DETAILS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-embroidered item, please contact us at info@venawear.com within 30 days of your original order date. We politely ask that you first send us an email explaining the reason for your return. Please include your order number, full name, and preferred contact information – phone or email.

Once we review your return request, we'll be happy to email you a prepaid return label for the return and instructions about how and where to drop off your package. This MUST be done within 5 business days of receiving the return label, otherwise the return may be refused. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the original form of payment (excluding the original shipping & handling costs) within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note we are limited to providing prepaid shipping labels for returns within Canada.

BULK ORDERING & PRICE QUOTES
If you are interested in purchasing VENA items in large quantities or are in need of a special RFQ, we will be more than happy to provide you with a customized price quote. Please contact our wholesale distributor at Cantex Distribution for a special quote.

BACKORDERS
You will be promptly informed by email of delivery dates for garments that are back-ordered. Other items in your order, if available, will be shipped immediately. There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items. We apologize for any inconvenience if your selected items are not currently available.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
All orders outside of Canada are not eligible for FREE returns or exchanges.

WEBSITE ERRORS
There may be occasional, accidental errors found on our website. We reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint or change.
