We politely ask the following if you'd like to return or exchange an item:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges of embroidered, decorated, or altered items. If you are unsure about sizing or style preference, we suggest you place your order before embroidering, decorating, or altering any garment. We have size charts linked to each product page as a helpful tool to determine which size to order. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
- All "Sale", "Clearance" or "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All gift cards are final sale.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Garments are to be returned in excellent condition - without stains, makeup, or soiling of any kind - just as you would want to receive your order. Our garments are worn in hygienic environments, and thus must be presented to our customers in pristine condition. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse any return if the item has clearly been worn, laundered, or soiled.
- Please place the garments inside the original garment bags.
- We do not accept returns or exchange requests after 30 days from the original order date.
- If you have been provided with a pre-paid return label, the items MUST be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the pre-paid return label, otherwise the return may not be accepted.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We truly want you to get the right size and fit. If you ordered a non-embroidered item and would like to try a different size or style, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (within 30 days of your original order date). If you live within Canada, we'll be happy to email you a prepaid return label for the exchange and instructions with how and where to drop off your package. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the original form of payment (excluding the original shipping & handling costs) within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The best way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your purchase for the new item is subject to the pricing valid at that time. We are unable to transfer any discounts or promotional pricing applied on your original order, unless the promotion is still valid at the time of your new order.

We politely ask that you first send us an email explaining the reason for your return. Please include your order number, full name, and preferred contact information – phone or email.
Once we review your return request, we'll be happy to email you a prepaid return label for the return and instructions about how and where to drop off your package. BULK ORDERING & PRICE QUOTES
If you are interested in purchasing VENA items in large quantities or are in need of a special RFQ, we will be more than happy to provide you with a customized price quote. Please contact our wholesale distributor at Cantex Distribution for a special quote.
You will be promptly informed by email of delivery dates for garments that are back-ordered. Other items in your order, if available, will be shipped immediately. There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items. We apologize for any inconvenience if your selected items are not currently available.

All orders outside of Canada are not eligible for FREE returns or exchanges.
