Shipping policy

At VENA, we offer FREE Canada-wide ground shipping for all orders over $99.00. 

For all orders below $99.00, your order may include a small handling fee for the cost of the shipping service and location of delivery. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Usual delivery time for Ground shipping services is 2-7 business days, depending on your distance from our Niagara Falls warehouse. 

Our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We process orders during our hours of operation Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, will be processed the next business day. Please note that your order may not ship on the same day it was processed. 

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification by email with the tracking number so you're able to view up-to-date information about the status of your package.

Please note we use several third-party carriers to ship orders (Canada Post, FedEx, Canpar, DHL, etc.), and therefore we are not liable for any packages once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Embroidered Items
Many of our customers opt for custom embroidery. This requires some extra time. If you've selected custom embroidery, please allow up to two weeks before it ships (depending on current demand). This includes orders in which the customer has opted for expedited shipping. If your order includes more than one item, your entire order will be shipped when your embroidered item is complete. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items.
